1.  This ‘WIN YOUR WAY INTO THE OPTUS STADIUM CORPORATE BOX TO WATCH THE DERBY’ promotion and competition is offered by Australian Comfort Group Pty Limited (the promoter). By entering the promotion you (the “entrant”) acknowledge your participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.  This promotion is applicable only WA residents who purchase a SleepMaker mattress at any participating retailers.
3.  You must be an Australian resident aged at least 18 living in WA who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.
4.  At the conclusion of the promotional period, 1 prize will be randomly selected. Once the promotional period has concluded the promoter will notify the winner. (the winner must if requested respond to the notification to confirm receipt of the email).
5.  This promotional period starts on Monday 29 March and finishes on Sunday 25 April, 2021 but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
6.  Maximum Number of Entries: A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted, winners will be randomly drawn
7.  To be eligible for a chance to win, you must complete the following steps during the promotional period.
8.  You must purchase your SleepMaker mattress from any participating retailer in  WA between 29 March 2021 and 25 April, 2021.
9.  You must register your SleepMaker mattress on the SleepMaker website between 29 March 2021 and 25 April, 2021. We may extend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice

You must:

• Upload Proof of Purchase (Tax Invoice)
• Provide Mattress Size
• Mattress model name
• Delivery Address
• Name /Email/Phone
• Date of purchase
• Purchase place

8.  Prize Details

• i) Prize draw winner will win 4 tickets to Optus Stadium SEN Corporate Box Round 7 AFL game between West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers on Saturday 2 May, 2021.
• ii) Total of 1 prize is available. The prize has a value of $3,200
• iii) Prize Draw will take place at 3 pm on 26 April, 2021 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
• iv) Prize winner will be notified via email on 26 May, 2021 and winner will be published will be published on SleepMaker Facebook page on 26 May, 2021
• v) If a prize is not claimed 2 days after notification, second chance draw will take place at 3 pm on 28 April, 2021 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023

9. The promoter reserves the right to:

• (a) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time without notice;
• (b) substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

10. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion is your responsibility including telecommunications and internet service provider charges.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:

• (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
• (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
• (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
• (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
• (f) from use of the prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under Australian Consumer Law.

14. If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of Australia and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
