This ‘Cocoon – WIN PRICE BACK’ promotion and competition is offered by Australian Comfort Group Pty Limited (the promoter). By entering the promotion you (the “entrant”) acknowledge your participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is applicable only to ACT, QLD, WA and VIC residents who purchase a SleepMaker Cocoon mattress at participating BedShed stores. You must be an Australian resident aged at least 18 living in ACT, QLD, WA or VIC who is not an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.
At the conclusion of the promotional period, 3 prize winners (one winner in QLD, one winner in WA and one winner in VIC/ACT) will be randomly selected. Once the promotional period has concluded the promoter will notify the winners and then credit/refund the price of the mattress purchased within 30 days of that notification (the winner must if requested respond to the notification to confirm receipt of the email).
This promotional period starts on Thursday 1 April, 2021 and finishes on Friday 30 April, 2021 but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Maximum Number of Entries: A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted, winners will be randomly drawn.
To be eligible for a chance to win, you must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
I. You must purchase your SleepMaker Cocoon mattress from Bedshed Australia between 1 April 2021 and 30 April, 2021.
II. You must register your SleepMaker Cocoon mattress on the SleepMaker website between 1 April, 2021 and 23 May, 2021. We may extend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice
III. You must:
- Upload Proof of Purchase (Tax Invoice)
- Provide Mattress Size
- Mattress model name
- Delivery Address
- Name /Email/Phone
- Date of purchase
- Purchase place
Price details
i. Prize draw winners will win their money back, being the price they paid for their bed –. If the winner of this prize purchased multiple beds then the money back will apply to the lowest value bed purchased.
ii. The money back prize draw winner will be reimbursed via a preferred payment method of the Australian Comfort Group Ltd. Payment method will likely be direct credit into an Australian bank account.
iii. Total of 3 prizes are available. Each prize has a maximum value $10,000, total prize pool is $30,000. One prize is available in QLD, one in WA and one in VIC/ACT)
iv. Prize Draw will take place at 12 pm on 28 May, 2021 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
v. Prize winner will be notified via email on 28 May, 2021 and winner will be published will be published on Bedshed Facebook page on 28 May, 2021
vi. If a prize is not claimed 2 weeks after notification, second chance draw will take place at 12 pm on 14 June, 2021 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023.
The promoter reserves the right to:
(a) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time without notice
(b) substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotion is your responsibility including telecommunications and internet service provider charges.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) from use of the prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing and general information from the promoter.
If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of Australia and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
